Terms of service


All the services and products provided under CloudStonz are meant to be used for lawful purposes only. Any usage that violates any United States federal, state, or city law is strictly prohibited. This includes everything only using copyrighted materials or threatening or materials protected by some trade secrets. We are not responsible for the damages you suffer for violating our terms. We hold the right to change the TOS and other policies without prior notification.


All the services we provide are meant to have 99.9% of uptime. In case of any damages which makes our services down for longer than this duration, we will prorate the applicable portion of monthly or yearly service charges upon request.


We strictly don’t allow any Websites or Content that promotes any illegal activity or present content that may damage our servers or any other server on the Internet. Linking such materials is also strictly prohibited. Any attempt made to undermine or cause harm to our servers is strictly prohibited, detection of such things may result in service suspension without prior notice. We hold the authority to suspend your account without refund in case we detect any such malicious activities. Server abuse includes but is not limited to the following.

A. CPU/Resource intensive Programs.
B. Denial of Service Attacks.
C. Hacking/cracking of any kind (This includes exploits).
D. Account trading.
E. Spamming.
G: Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any law or regulation is prohibited. This included but not limited to: copyrighted material, trademarks, or any other illegal content. Examples: Movies, MP3s, Pirated Software, Hacker Programs, or Warez Sites.
H: We do not allow IRC on our VPS and Shared servers. We allow game servers on our VPS accounts however they must follow our server resource policy.
I: Warez, image/file dump, mirror, or ad services.
J: Sale of controlled substance or online pharmacies.
K: Autosurf sites, investment sites, escrow, HYIP, bank debenture programs, or lottery sites.
L: Brute force programs, IP scanners, mail bombers, and spam scripts.
M: Personal Proxies are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

CloudStonz reserves the right to cancel any service at any time under some circumstances. If the suspension or cancelation of services is done because of policy violation, you are not eligible for a refund at any case. Customers can cancel any service at any time. But no refund will be provided if requested after 7 days of purchase (Only on Managed Web / Shared Hosting). No refunds will be provided for VPS and dedicated or custom plans.

If you cancel your account, and your payments still continue to recur for any reason such as.
1) By the mistake of CloudStonz staff.
2) By the error of the credit card processor.
3) By the error of any other payment collection company.
We are to be held free of liability for any overdraft fees that are issued by your financial institution. All the licenses provided with services and add-ons are non-refundable.


Hosting content that promotes any adult content. And any racism content, it’s not limited to color, religion, creed or any beliefs will result in immediate suspension of services.

Adult Content

Websites that promote adult content, pornography or sex-related content are not allowed under any circumstances. Any kind of pornography is strictly prohibited, in case we find any Pornographic content, we’ll immediately suspend your services.

Backups and Data Policy

All our servers have backup equipment (Under managed plans). But we still can’t guarantee that all your material will be backed up. So, please take regular backups of your accounts or data. If you want special arrangements for data backups, kindly contact our support team. For managed shared hosting we have daily backups policy, and it’ll be retained for 14 days. We are not responsible for any loss of backups or data.

Spam / Mail Policy

We don’t allow spam or bulk emailing in any circumstances. You can’t use our servers or any services for bulk or unsolicited e-mails. You can send 350 messages per hour with your account. Subscribing email addresses to any mailing list without the express permission of the email address owner is prohibited. All mailing lists run on our servers must be Closed-loop (Confirmed Opt-in). User may be charged a fee for blacklist removal of $250.00 or more.

Data migration Policy

CloudStonz provides migration assistance for shared and managed clients. You can migrate your data quickly to our servers. You have to open a support ticket with access to the old server for migration.

Refusal of service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.


CloudStonz holds the right to changes prices, policies, and configurations of any account when needed without any prior notice.

CloudStonz expects that its customers will abide by all of our rules and all applicable laws. A subscriber’s failure to comply with those laws will violate CloudStonz policy. Finally, CloudStonz wishes to emphasize that in signing the service agreement, subscribers indemnify CloudStonz for any violation of the service agreement, law, or CloudStonz policy, that results in loss to CloudStonz or the bringing of any claim against CloudStonz by any third-party. This means that if CloudStonz is sued because of a subscriber’s or customer of a subscriber’s activity, the subscriber will pay any damages awarded against CloudStonz, plus costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Unlimited Hosting Policy

"Unlimited" usage policies and definitions apply only to shared and reseller hosting accounts.

What "Unlimited" means

Unlimited Disk Space/Bandwidth/Website Plans. This means that we do not set a limit on the amount of bandwidth, websites or disk space you may use in the normal operation of a personal or small business website, provided it complies with this Agreement. However, in the event your service usage or content presents a risk to the stability, performance or uptime of our servers, data storage, networking or other infrastructure, you may be required to upgrade to a VPS, or we may take action to restrict the resources your website is utilizing.

What "Unlimited" DOES NOT mean

CloudStonz employs complex mechanisms to protect its hosting Subscribers and systems from any kind of abuse. CloudStonz's "Unlimited" hosting offering is not for single or few hosting subscribers to unfairly or adversely impact the experience of other hosting Subscribers. CloudStonz's service is offering shared hosting service, which means that multiple hosting Subscriber's websites are hosted from the same server and share server resources. CloudStonz's service is designed to meet the typical needs of small and medium sized businesses across globe. It is NOT intended to support the sustained demand of large enterprises, or non-typical applications better suited to a VPS or a dedicated server. CloudStonz will make every commercially reasonable effort to provide additional resources to Subscribers who are using their website(s) consistent with these Terms, including moving Subscribers to newer and bigger shared servers as necessary. However, in order to ensure a consistent and quality experience for all Subscribers, CloudStonz does place automated safeguards to protect against any website growing too quickly and adversely impacting the system until CloudStonz can evaluate said sites resource needs.

Unlimited Hosting Space; excessive SQL Database

CloudStonz does not set any specific limits on the amount of disk space a hosting subscriber can use for their website, nor does CloudStonz charge additional fees based on an increased amount of storage used, provided the hosting subscriber's use of storage complies with these Terms. Please note, however, that the CloudStonz service is designed to host websites. CloudStonz does NOT provide unlimited hosting for online storage, videos, images, audio, games, installers, executable files, backups, or archiving of electronic files, documents, log files, web spider or indexer, irc, torrent, file sharing, peer-to-peer activities, testing environment etc., and any such prohibited use of the Services will result in the termination of hosting subscriber's account, with or without notice. Accounts with an excessive database size (i.e., more than 1 GB) negatively affect the performance of the server. CloudStonz may request that the database size be reduced to ensure proper performance or may disable the Subscriber's account, with or without notice. Hosting subscriber's can create multiple databases however size of each database should not be more than 1 GB.

Unlimited File Transfer

CloudStonz does not set any limits on the amount of visitor traffic a website can receive or on the amount of content a hosting subscriber can upload to his/her/its website in a given month, nor does CloudStonz charge additional fees based on increased use of bandwidth, as long as the hosting subscriber's use of the Services complies with these Terms. In most cases, a hosting subscriber's website will be able to support as much traffic as the hosting subscriber can legitimately acquire. However, CloudStonz reserves the right to limit processor time, bandwidth, processes, or memory in cases where it is necessary to prevent negatively impacting other hosting subscribers.

Change of TOS

CloudStonz may modify these TOS at any time with immediate effect. Where the change in Terms is required by law or related to the addition of a new service, extra functionality to the existing Service(s) or any other change which neither reduces your rights nor increases your responsibilities, the TOS will be changed without prior notice to you and shall have immediate effect.

No clarification or explanation of the Terms provided by the Parties will have the power to modify the provisions of these TOS.
